Lack of Exercise

Slow day

So no exercise all weekend, and none yesterday. This week I can't do any aerobic exercise at all, because I am having some stupid tests done.

 

I did lift weights and do some leg exercises, just no cardio.

 

Friday we are going to Disney World, so all that walking will make up for not doing any today!

Even though hubs went in late today, and he was all in my space I exercised again! Abs today, not quite as bad as buns, lol.

Then my mom came and took me out to lunch and we had donuts for dessert, lol. So today will help me towards getting my body healthy and stuff, but not actually losing any weight

Slacker

Ok so I suck, lol. It's apparently been a loooooooooooong time since I was here! Oh well, whatever!

My family is doing well, same as always. The kids still like school, hubby sometimes likes work. I'm still a bum and stay at home We still have the cats, they are all growing fat. Tiger likes to steal the kids pink doll pillows.  We're planning a surprise trip to Disney World in a couple of weeks. The girls don't know about it. My whole family is going, my parents, sister, bro, cousin and their families, and my sister's inlaws. Half of us are going to Disney World and half are going to Universal Studios, but we'll all be there at the same time.

I've *really* sucked on the exercise front, so I am going to try and get back in shape. It's awful, I'm horrible, I get short of breath too easily and I think if I lose some weight it will help my lower back pain at least some.  So, ehre we go!

I can't actually remember when I started, but since I didn't start and keep it up everyday, we're going from last week. Last week I exercised on tues (maybe mon, can't remember so it doesn't count), weds, fri, and sunday. Hubby stayed home on thurs and was in my way, and sat the kids got up too early and were in my way. And well, ya need a break, right? lol This week I exercised today. And can I say that the butt workout kicks my ass! big time. I'm already doing better. I have a bit more stamina and I can last through the cardio better. I need to do more cardio though. Right now I am working out with this 30mins thing on tv (Denise Austin, see I am predictable?) and part of it is cardio and part is toning. I need to either get a full video with 20mins of cardio (I think 30 would kill me), or start walking or biking or something on my own. But we shall see.

 

Anyway I've been meaning to keep track of my exercise so I can hold myself accountable better, because in theory that works (ish). So here I go! I'm going to try and at least update about that, for myself not anyone else, so you don't have to tell me I am crazy or boring, lol. And hopefully if I am coming here to post these updates, it will get me back into the habit of posting comments for people and posting true updates!

6 miles

The girls and I went to visit Hubby at work today, he was on bike patrol in the parks. Bicycle, not motorcycle. We rode the trails with him and we went 6 miles! So I count that as today's exercise. And yeah I prob haven't exercised since I last posted, unless you count walking around Six Flags. And we got ice cream when we were done, so doubt I burned more calories than I took in, lol. But anyway it was healthy. It really made me want to move there. We discuss it all the time, but property values are outrageous there. We'd sell our house and buy something SMALLER than what we have, yet pay about $75,000 more than we would sell our house for. And I'm not exagerting! It's 'the' area to live in. But it's so nice and would save on fuel and he could come home for lunch and I could ride the trails with him almost everyday, except I'd have to get a job to afford to live there so I wouldn't be ABLE to ride with him, lol. But me and the girls could go when they got out of school

*sighs*

Anyway I exercised today! Be Proud!
